I'm a newbie here so I am not sure if this has already been posted, but I just recently started using a makeup primer before I put on my foundation and I am in love with it! Definitely makes my makeup go on a lot smoother, but I was wondering how long should I let it sink into my skin before I start to apply my foundation?
