I just tried using a liquid liner which is the dip tube brush. It goes on so thick.. I cannot get a precise line. Do you recommend a liquid liner that is easy to apply for newbies? Also, how do you achieve the best wing tip? Do you have to line the bottom line too?
14 RepliesI love "Physicians Formula Eye Booster - 2-in-1 Lash Boosting Eyeliner + Serum" (less than $10.00 in drugstores). It glides on very easily; I can get a fine line when I can't with other products. You don't have to line the bottom, but I do because I can use the definition. Let me know if you have any questions--good luck!

Physician's Formula cannot be beaten! It glides on effortlessly, stays put for twenty-four hours, and nourishes the eye area.
The best liquid eyeliner is by Sephora. It is only 12 dollars and the color it comes in are gorgeous!
I love Line Stiletto by Maybelline

I love this liner and can't get enough.
I really am loving wet n wilds mega liner in black it does not go anywhere once its applied and the brush is great for creating that super precise wing. The price point is amazing I believe I pay $1.99 for it at my local drugstore. Definitely recommend it!!! Hope this helps.
I would recommend the Wet N Wild Mega Liner. Super easy to use, thin formula, brush tip. I love it, and it's around $2. I'm still practicing a wing tip and haven't achieved it yet, but search YouTube and there's great tutorials on it. I recommend EmilyNoel83. She's awesome. I don't line my bottom line with eyeliner since it smudges on me, so I use a dark shadow. Hope this helps.
Maybelline Eye Studio Master Precise Ink Pen Eyeliner is the best for me! I sometimes do my lower lash line when doing a cat eye, I will connect the top and bottom at the end of my eye and do a swoop upward, It really is a dramatic look. For a less dramatic look just do you're top and draw the wing out and upward. It takes lot's of practice I have been using liquid liner since the 90's :) I can now do it in less than 5 minutes! The Physicians Formula Eye Booster is second best for me, keep practicing!
I am a big fan of Eyeko's liquis liner. It resembles a marker but it is the darkest and it stays put.
