Detox emotionally!

So, I am in desperate need of an emotional detox, not just because its a new year, but simply because of information and stress overload. The everyday grind of life can sometimes wear us down physically, however we forget about emotionally. I like your idea. detoxing is like decluttering. We need this not just on our physical aspect, but also emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects to make clear choices. I hope you'll succeed on this. =) Wish you well!

That's a beautiful way to live! First, try working out physically. It helps with emotional issues and stress and puts things in perspective. Then, set some time aside each day to pray, meditate, sing, or whatever calms and "centers" you. I wish you the best of luck!
