Sugar Scrubs are Sweeter than Salt

After my summer tan starts to fade, my skin desperately needs to be exfoliated. Sometimes you can even see my skin peeling or flaking off on my arms and legs. Last year I went to the spa for a salt scrub. My skin was really irritated for a couple of days. I have sensitive skin and the salt was too harsh. The technician also vigorously rubbed my skin to a point where it no longer felt pleasant. My friend recommended trying a sugar scrub instead.
I reluctantly made an appointment with the spa to get a sugar scrub and steam shower session. The scrub felt wonderful and had a scent like honey. It was definitely gentler than the salt scrub. My skin was glowing and felt alive after the treatment. It also got rid of all the icky dead skin that was leftover from long days at the beach.
My technician told me I could do a sugar scrub in the shower once or twice a week for smoother skin. I decided to buy a sugar scrub with a pumpkin scent for the fall. I love the way it smells and it's really easy to do in the shower. I follow up with Vitamin E oil or a natural moisturizer. My skin has never looked or felt better. Absolutely I totally agree with you! I also try sugar scrub and it works wonder t o my skin. I always prefer natural ways as they have no side effects and also give last longer results.

Although I like salt scrubs, I prefer sweet ones. Pumpkin sounds luscious!
