Liquid Eyeliner

I just bought e.l.f. liquid eye liner in black. and I love the way it glides on, but it is very runny and takes forever to dry. I need a great liner that dries quickly and doesn't run.

It is runny just because it is very fresh yet. Maybe in few weeks it will be better, just wait a lil:)

Perhaps the Maybelline suggestion is a good one. However, I bought one from Kiko Cosmetics Milano and it is awesome. Though I do not know if you can find it eadily, perhaps order online.

I wasn't too crazy about that Elf one either. Have you tried Maybelline's Master Precise liquid eyeliner? Its my favorite liquid eyeliner and it gets great reviews too.

I like cover girl liquid liner and julep's liquid liner.. I haven't had any problems with them running.
