Hair Dye- orange hair help

That's pretty strange, because if your hair is turning orange with highlights it's become the blonde and your hair color is combining to create that orange. Usually hair stylist can even this out by toning the colors. It costs more when you get your hair done, but it usually helps. It was happening to me when I box dyed my hair dark brown (never again) and then went to get my hair back to blonde by highlight. She toned with a blue... I think. It all has to do with combining colors to achieve the proper color. Maybe you should find another hair dresser that knows a little bit more? Mention getting your hair toned when you go back, if you go back. See if she knows anything.
