I have worked at 4 different makeup counters and my absolute favorite makeup remover is the Mary Kay Makeup Remover. It is oil based but is oil free. It takes off my gel eyeliner in seconds; without leaving any residue on my face/ Also, can't beat the $15 price. It's been rated the best makeup remover by allure and elle magazines.
