Beauty question: Makeup brushes & cleaning

Cleaning makeup brushes in between
I sometimes wipe my makeup brushes and applicators on a baby wipe in between color changes or just to remover some product. I was wondering if this ok or how bad this is to do.

I know it's always best to use products that are designed for a specific use rather than something else. Sometimes you don't have the right products at the time though.

This isn't bad, but you want to make sure all products are completely removed from brushes. Baby shampoo works for this. Of course, you can get a good cleaner from ELF for a few dollars. Congrats on keeping your brushes clean . . . so many women don't!
