Step 1: Apply light pink polish to all your nails except the ring finger.Apply cream polish On the ring finger.



Step 2: Make a straight french tip With the pink polish on the ring finger.



Step 3: Apply dots using this new shade with dotting tool on four fingers.draw 3 veticle lines on ring finger.This is the base of the cupcake.



Step 4: Add frosting to the cupcake with the white polish.Finish off with a rhinestone as a cherry on the icing.now check your rice food art design on your nails
