Urban Decay Book of Shadows III Redux
10 stars. Not in database. This is the new UD palette for the holidays with a New York city theme. The top opens up to reveal the NYC skyline with lights! It has a pull out drawer of 16 shadows, primer and eyeliner. The shadows go beyond neutrals and brights. They range from Oil Slick- black; Haight-turquoise; Goddess-navy; pretty greens, purple, pink, burgundy. This palette has one of the best assortments yet. And, as usual, UD has the best quality, highly pigmented eyeshadows. One does not really need to use the eyeshadow primer, so I use it under my eyes to keep concealer in place. You will love this, and if you hurry, ULTA has it marked down from $56 to $39.
