profile help......
i just signed up for this and cannot figure out how to get a profile picture to show up, even though i click on save preferences.............frustrating. any sugguestions???

I have had numerous problems with the Total Beauty Site (and still do.) I would suggest going to the "contact us" at the bottom of the Total Beauty page, and explain your problem there. See if you can get the name of a contact person who can also help you in the future. I don't want to give out the name of my contact person without her permission since she is not involved in the IT side of things. Good luck.
