Hot Summer Dresses

Some like it mild, some like it hot. My recent store obsession, Windsor, has plenty of cute summer dresses this year to satisfy any shopper and I'm just dying to get my hands on all of them! Some that have really caught my eye have gone from the "want" to "need" list and I see no reason not to share it.
