Eyebrow Care and Enhancement
Always use a slant edge tweezers to pluck your eyebrows for better precision. Be careful to not over pluck. Don't pluck hairs above the eyebrows because this will ruin the shape, and they may not grow back.
When you want to enhance and define your eyebrows, choose a color that is 2 shades lighter than your haircolor, EXCEPT if your hair is blonde or grey. In that case, use light to medium brown powder applied with a slanted brush. When you apply the eyebrow powder, be sure the arch is above the center of the iris. Start at the inside of the brows by first using the slanted brush and powdering a line up towards the arch on the bottom of the eyebrow, then do the same with the upper. This establishes the thickness and shape. Draw the lines up to where the arch will be, and fill in the front of the brow where you have applied a powdered outline. Continue applying the powder with the brush from the arch down to the end of your eye in one continuous stroke. No need to do an outline at the end of the eyebrows. Then, spray a little hairspray on your eyebrow brush, and comb the eyebrows. The hairs and powder will stay in place.

Another good tip is to pluck a few hairs and then take a step back and look at your brows and entire face from farther away. Otherwise it gets easy to overpluck. Also, a little eyebrow trimming (done carefully) can also help brows look more polished.
