I have tried all kinds of different lip balms, ranging from Kiehl's Lip Balm for $7.00 to Lip Sugar for $20. I discovered that petrolatum (vaseline) is in them. So, I now use vaseline on my dry lips, and a little goes a long way. It really moisturizes and keep my lips feeling healthy, especially living in the desert. I wish I realized this before spending $20.00!! And, interestingly, I received a sample of the lip sugar and it was great. But, the full sized one is not as good as the sample. Who knows? Who cares? Use vaseline.

This is something that I feel a lot of people don't realize. I completely agree with you on all of this. I use Vaseline on my lips right before I go to bed. It's the best thing that actually stays put lol.

Lol, yea Vaseline is good for many things like rough elbows, knees and heels, dry lips or anything dry.
