HLNB Spring Challenge 2 - Day 21
April 21st Day 21: Yesterday I walked a mile and 1/2 and rode my bike 3.5 miles.
I ate oatmeal with strawberries, some black beans with rice, some nuts and raspberries, I also drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals and drank 12 oz of green smoothies.
