HLNB Healthy Living Challenge - Day 16

January 16th Day 16:  Yesterday I worked out while watching "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" with the following stats:



Biceps Curls with 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Triceps Press 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets


Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Reverse Leg Kicks 12 reps 3 sets

    I ate a spinach, strawberry salad at lunch and drank 24 oz of green smoothies throughout the day.  I also had some vegetables with our homemade pasta sauce and drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals.

                                   Lisa has the opening of SUR and everyone is invited.




    Everyone comes back together at Lisa's opening of SUR as Taylor apologizes for her unusual behavior in the past weeks.
