HLNB Exercise & Core Strength Challenge II - Day 6

Healthy Living Natural Beauty

December 6th Day 6:  Yesterday I worked on leg exercises and a couple arm exercises while listening to Duran Duran with the following stats:



Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 5 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 5 sets
Reverse Leg Kicks 12 reps 5 set

Biceps Curls with 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Triceps Press 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets

    I ate some raspberries, strawberries, a salad and an avocado.  I also drank 100% fruit juices with all 3 meals.

    I earned 1 point in the HBBC Challenge for the arm and leg exercises and 1 point for 7 servings of fruits and vegetables.
