HLNB Exercise and Core Strength Challenge - Day 17

Healthy Living Natural Beauty

November 17th Day 17:   Yesterday my legs were still sore so I focused on my arm exercises while I watched the show Private Practice with the following stats:

Biceps Curls with 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Triceps Press 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Standing V Raise 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets


                                                                            Tricep Press



                                                                       Bicep Curls









I ate some raspberries, some strawberry apple sauce, an avocado, some Triscuits, and some pico de gallo.  I also drank some 100% fruit juices and water.
