I think you may be too harsh on your skin. Using a toner and acne cream twice a day on top of acne wash will irritate and dry out your skin causing it to compensate with more oil. I would only use toner at night (if at all, you really shouldn't need it unless your skin is super oily naturally) and find a really rich night cream (i like the classic ponds dry skin cream). Cutting back on the epiduo might help too, that stuff is pretty serious medicine. Do you exfoliate? A gentle scrub a couple days a week with lots of moisturizer might help get that radiance. It might take a while to return balance to you skin but just be patient. good luck!

I agree with MrsFrosty. It seems like you are doing too much to your skin. Using toner twice a day and acne medication is probably worse. Likes she recommended, only use the toner once a day if at all. Since you don't wear makeup I don't think you need it in the morning. Acne starts from the inside out. Make sure are drinking PLENTY of water (no soda, or sweet drinks) through out the day, exercise, and try to not to stress. Try to use the same cleanser on your face, and don't switch your products too often. You have to give a regimine at least 8 weeks minimum before you will begin to see results. I have oily acne prone skin and I've done it all; I've had to deal with it until I was 29. I don't use toner anymore and I only wash my face with a cleansing bar at night. If my skin is feeling extra dirty I will use PTR glycolic pads and that is maybe once a month. Exfoilating/micorderm might not necessarily be good for acne prone skin (my esthetician told me that) so I don't do that anymore. I use the Clarisonic Mia (but Olay makes a more affordable version). I noticed that the less I do to my face, the clearer it got. Good luck with everything.
