     Here is another video from Self Magazine featuring Edyta Sliwinska (from Dancing With The Stars).  She is showing us some exercise moves that are actual dance steps from some of the dances we've seen on Dancing With The Stars like the Paso Doble, the Cha Cha and the Jive.  If you have ever wondered how the stars on the show do some of these dances, you can get a small glimpse and get the bonus of toning up and maybe shedding some pounds along the way. Edyta shows the moves in an easy to understand style.  If you have any interest in dancing as a way to exercise, this is a video you will enjoy.  And if you also watch Dancing With The Stars you can watch for these moves in some of the dances each week.  It can help us see if our favorite stars are making their marks!
