The "No Makeup" Makeup Look
Hey girls! Today I will be telling how I accomplish a "no makeup" makeup look, which is basically a natural makeup look. This is the look I use for every day and you can dress it up for a night out, everything should be neutral colored according to your own specific skin tone.
To start, use a foundation as close to your natural skin tone as possible. For the lightest application use a wedge sponge and blend from the center of the face out. If heavier coverage is desired use a synthetic foundation brush and layer extra foundation where needed; make sure to go back and forth with the brush in the same direction of your facial hair. You can also use your fingers if you do not desire using a tool. The heat of your fingers will help the makeup to blend into skin. Next you will need two concealers, one for blemishes and one for under-eye darkness, you may not need both. The under-eye concealer should be a shade or two lighter then your skin tone and the blemish concealer should match your skin tone or the foundation your going to use. Use a small brush to apply under your eye and in the inner corner. Use an even smaller brush when covering a blemish so that the coverage is directly on the bump. blend the under-eye concealer by patting it gently in with your ring finger. Next use a big fluffy brush to apply a translucent or skin tone correct powder all over the face, I like to use a lighter one under the eyes for added brightness and a matching color for the rest of my face. A nude blush is great for natural looks and if your doing a heavy, dark eye or lip color. But for this look I like to use a color that pops a little off of skin. Apply your blush onto the apples of your cheeks and blend slightly downward and out. Now you can put a clear or tinted gloss on your lips and the final step is hair matching mascara applied only on the top lashes.

have you tried Almay Line Smoothing Concealer? It is my favorite concealer- the best I have ever used!

@aly7 I have found that the Mineral Blush from maybelline works very well and is very easy to use for a light flush or a brighter finish, I have two of them in Light Mauve and Truly Peach. For concealer I have found that using both the CoverGirl Simply Ageless Corrector layered with the Simply Ageless Concealer works wonders for dark under-eye circles, and I use Hard Candy Glamoflauge Concealer for blemishes. Hope this helps! Thanks for your comments!

@aly7 I have not tried any Almay products, they all seem too dark for my fair skin tone. Thank you for the idea though!
