I have Grey Hair!

Oh my God! I have grey hair already; I can't believe my hair stylist didn't notice it. I got my hair washed, conditioned and retwisted. Ugh! I put my hair up in a messy bun this morning and a huge white patch is in head! WTH! I'm only 26 yrs old, and though I have had B12 issues in the past my doctor has been monitoring them, and the blood work I had done two weeks ago revealed my b12 levels are up so what’s the deal with this grey hair. Now I must make an appointment to dye my hair like ASAP

Oh no, that sucks! My mom started going grey when she was about 24 (after she had my sister), and my husband already has a few white hairs at 27 (but it's not really the same for guys, is it?). It could be genetics or stress if it's not a nutrition thing. But don't worry about it too much, you can always dye your hair, and it's probably way more noticeable to you than to anyone else.
