OH wow, I take B12 tablets they are three step dissolve kind, but I never thought about the shots and plus my little stress puginess from all of the recent junk benging could use a little help. Must talk to my doctor.

I' ve read recently that taking B 12 orally can be as effective as injections, but you have to take the bioavailable kind. The B 12 to look for is called Methylcobalamin A health food store can direct you to a brand that uses this type. Its great for energy!
