Garnier Pure Active Scrub

This is perfect if you have blocked pores, large pores, acne, or just the occasional blemish. This seems to have the perfect balance of everything, after several days of using this product my skin cleared dramatically of any blemishes I had and even seemed to fade the redness (this is a selling point of theirs “fade marks”)

So the consistency is nice, good amount of exfoliating particles and not sharp or irritating to the skin this is key if your skin is sensitive with blemishes/acne as you really don’t want to be scratching them!

So product colour is blue with dark blue beads, smells good, medicinal in natural but the menthol smell takes it over, the menthol in it is a really great soother, it doesn’t feel like your face is numbing or frozen like it can with toothpaste that touches the skin.

This product has extracts of blueberry/bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) that shows some indication of fading post blemish trauma by preventing/reducing melanin over production in skin.

Contains 2% salicylic acid, will increase sun intolerance, where sunscreen. (awesome blemish/acne ingredient, an acid that can penetrate the pore and help loosen debris)

So to summarise this is amazing, it worked for me better than any other blemish product, Clearasil, clean and clear, etc. and it did it all without drying my skin like the others did this actually feels like its caring for your skin and healing it, not just draining all the oil production you have.
