Beauty Product of the Week: Cricket Mini Friction Free Flat Iron
Anyone who has ever cut fringe knows that they require serious upkeep. If your hair has any body, wave, or curl, that upkeep is amplified tenfold. I was hesitant to cut bangs earlier this year for this precise reason. My hair has some natural wave to it so the second I start to perspire, my hair starts to curl. Of course the shorter my hair gets, the curlier it gets (translation: after a little sweat, my beautiful bangs start to look like curlicues).
Fortunately I just found a tool that helps me counter my rogue curls: The Cricket Mini Friction Free Flat Iron. This tiny ceramic flat iron is perfect for quick fixes to small areas of your hair (like bangs), heats up quickly and doesn't feel like it's damaging my hair too much (though I always use a heat protectant spray before I style).
All I have to do is run the iron twice over my fringe, add a little hairspray and then I'm done. I've attached a photo so you can see how my bangs look after being out and about for most of the day. What do you guys think?
I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs help keeping bangs flat.
