Wanna Know a Secret??!
Okay, this is aly7 here with a totally simple recipe for lip gloss. This is a recipe that Revlon, Covergirl,Maybelline New York, Rimmel London, Hard Candy, and what ever other make-up brands that get joy out of us when we buy another lipstick because we could not get that last inch or so out of the tube hate us knowing. We all know the story, you are in LOOOVE with the color, and use it everyday...it is your go-to lipstick, but you can't get the last bit out. And before you know it, that last bit is driving you crazy. It keeps you up at night, you daydream about cracking open the tube and being victourious. Okay, I may be just a little dramatic, it is one of my best qualities. But, this is a dramatic situation, isn't it?? Yes, it is. So here is the recipe.
Pry out the last inch of lipstick
Essential oil [I use peppermint]
almond oil
petroleum jelly
Get a little lip gloss pot from a craft store and put in the lipstick. Then, add a few drops of the almond oil and essential oil. Add a spoonful of petroleum jelly and mix it all together. Then, stick it in the freezer for an hour or so.
THANKS!!!
