This polish was 4 coats until I reached an opacity that I liked, but it is just kind of... glowy? I really love it more than I thought I would. I think that the translucency actually adds a lot to the look. OPI

This is a great purple, though similar to OPI's LPAD and LPAM, it is so dark purple that in many lights it looks black. 2 coats to opaque. OPI
